Hureyre Kam was born in the Turky.
He studied philosophy and Islamic studies in Berlin and received his doctorate in 2017 from the Goethe University in Frankfurt on the subject of: The evil as proof of God. The theodicy of Al-Maturidi in the light of his epistemology, cosmology and ontology.
Outside the Academy, Hureyre Kam is a composer, poet and photographer. He wrote the libretto for the Christian-Muslim oratorio And he spoke... which premiered in December 2015 in Leverkusen. He also composes oriental flamenco music.
His photographs have been shown in numerous exhibitions.
